Taft Toreadors History
Taft has had a proud, and tradition rich football program for decades. The Toreadors are 6 time L.A. City Championship Finalists, and 1998 L.A.City Section Champions.
T-HOUSE has produced over 80 All-City Players, and countless players have earned college football scholarships – dozens of which have been at the Division 1 level. 6 Taft players have graduated to have NFL careers, including current Tennessee Titans Head Coach Jeff Fisher, and Super Bowl XLII Champion Steve Smith. Several others have played at the professional level – from Arena League to the CFL.
The Expenses for maintaining a quality football program are considerable.
